From Zuo Zhuan:

敝邑易子而食析骸以爨 [Classical Chinese, trad. and simp.]

Bìyì yìzǐ'érshí, xīháiyǐcuàn. [Pinyin]
In the city we are exchanging our children and eating them, and splitting up their bones for fuel.
