4th century BC (Aristotle) Ancient Greek ἀδιαίρετος (adiaíretos), from ἀ- (a-) +‎ διαιρετός (diairetós), the latter from δι- (di-) +‎ αἱρέω (hairéō) +‎ -τος (-tos).
