Also related to Proto-Turkic *jạlɨŋ (naked). (if the two reconstructed forms are indeed separate from each other)

Cognate with Old Uyghur y՚l՚nk (jalaŋ, bared, naked), Uyghur يالاڭ(yalang, bare; single).
