[edit]From Akkadian 𒊓𒀀 (šurānum). Compare Arabic سِنَّوْر (sinnawr), Hebrew שֻׁנָּר (šunnār).

דְּזַבִּין אַבָּא בִּתְרֵי זוּזֵי- ḥaḏ gaḏyā, ḥaḏ gaḏyā
wəʾāṯā šūnrā wəʾāḵlā ləgaḏyā
dəzabbīn abbā biṯrē zūzē. - One little goat, one little goat:
