[edit]Literally, “Our dog is a dog, your dog is Tommy”, from earlier تُہاڈا کُتّا ٹامی، ساڈا کُتّا کُتّا؟ (tuhāḍā kuttā ṭāmī, sāḍā kuttā kuttā?, literally “your dog is Tommy, our dog is [just] a dog?”) (This etymology is missing or incomplete.
