Cleanup notes[edit]

The root could simply be *bʰelw-, which satisfies phonotactics, or just *bʰel-, with the *-w- an extension which didn't seem to occur in Proto-Balto-Slavic. Jackwolfroven (talk) 03:01, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

*bʰelw- doesn't satisfy root structure either, though. Roots couldn't end in two sonorants as far as I'm aware (although they seemed to be able to begin with two, like wr-). —CodeCat 03:41, 5 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
