Concordance:Federalist Papers

Definition from Wiktionary, the free dictionary

This is a concordance of the Federalist Papers based on feder16.txt from project Gutenberg. It contains the words in the foot notes (with 81 'papers' it would be hard to remove them except by a lot of manual work).

Some of the words here are abbreviations that have had the period stripped, e.g. art is actually art. which is short for article.

I modified my concordance program to ignore apostrophe's at the beginning or ending of the word because it was being used for quotes.

My purpose for creating this and other concodances is to check how many of the words are defined so far (i.e. to identify words as redlinks that should be considered being defined). However, many of the words are inflected forms or odd capitalizations and should not be defined. A grain of salt is recommended with each redlink.
