“M” in or beside the space in front of the torso
- “A” — with the thumb on the radial side of the index finger
- “T” — with the thumb protruding between the index finger and the middle finger
- “N” — with the thumb protruding between the middle finger and the ring finger
- “S” — with the thumb outside of and closed over the backs of the fingers
