Sort by date[edit]

In general we like our lists of citations/quotations to be in ascending order of date, can we update this gadget to default to that ordering? - TheDaveRoss 13:40, 31 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Things that would be nice[edit]

  1. If the correct writer and year was fetched (Google's fault, I guess, but maybe it can be fixed?).
  2. If, for translated works, the translator was fetched (or, failing that, if translations could be excluded entirely).
  3. A hyperlink to the relevant part of the book.

Some notes: nobody is updating this (its creator is inactive), and your first two complaints are Google's fault, and therefore unfixable anyway. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 16:32, 20 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Restrict the gadget to only run on pages with a title[edit]

I get en error if I run the gadget from the page listing a search result. I suggest we restrict it to only run when viewing or editing a page.--So9q (talk) 14:33, 26 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

It seems that maybe this has been fixed. When I run the gadget from a search results page, it comes up with the search field prepopulated with "undefined". But I can replace that with a different search term, and everything works as normal. Colin M (talk) 16:31, 4 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Transparent background[edit]

@Erutuon After your recent changes to QQ I get a transparent background on the overlay which makes reading the text very hard. (Firefox 98.0b3). – Jberkel 08:19, 14 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
