Beekes reconstructs *h₁webʰ- with the laryngeal on the basis of the initial vowel in Mycenaean Greek 𐀁𐀸𐀟𐀮𐀰𐀕𐀙 (e-we-pe-se-so-me-na /⁠ewepsēsomena⁠/, which are to be woven).[1]
