Verb Conjugation Class[edit]
Deeply confused why this verb would be reconstructed in the ō-class rather than the ai-class of weak verbs. Gothic and OHG are both ai-class, OS, OE, ON are ambiguous, as they usually are for this class.

- It's an anomalous strong verb anyway, Old English preserves the preterite *marn. Burgundaz (talk) 00:14, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
