@Atitarev Большой толковый словарь says "3. Разг.-сниж. О слабосильном, жалком человеке, заморыше (обычно о подростке). У него в семье пятеро огарков. Куда тебе справиться с этим, о.!" which seems to agree with ruwikt. See [1]. Generally this dictionary seems reliable. Benwing2 (talk) 01:28, 3 June 2018 (UTC)
