That must be an error. The Royal Institute Dictionary 2011 (search) does not provide the pronunciation of the term. And the term is only pronounced "ฟัง-ชั่น" (see this video for example, in which a lecturer says "สวัสดีค่ะ เรามาพบกันเรื่องความสัมพันธ์และฟังก์ชันนะคะ" - "Greetings, our meeting is about 'relations and functions'"). --หมวดซาโต้ (talk) 07:58, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
I hear no one said ฟัง-ชัน. Most of English loanwords got tones influenced by their original stress. --Octahedron80 (talk) 08:56, 27 October 2016 (UTC)
