'not appropriate... this is a zhuyin fuhao'

I understand your concerns 100%! But as far as I can see, the second round simplified form of 部 is completely identical to the zhuyin fuhao ㄗ. I knew this edit might not last, but I thought ㄗ could be considered as a Chinese character in this context.
