it's not "(ein) Rotwelsche", it's "(das) Rotwelsche" or "(ein/das) Rotwelsch". German WT has usage notes like this:

"Die Form „das Rotwelsche“ wird nur mit bestimmtem Artikel verwendet. Die Form „Rotwelsch“ wird sowohl mit als auch ohne bestimmten Artikel verwendet."

hm, this means the decl template needs a parameter for suppressing the display of the indefinite article? – Jberkel 08:14, 17 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
Actually, it means Rotwelsche shouldn't be listed as a lemma form; it should be listed only as an inflected form of Rotwelsch, just as Deutsche is only an inflected form of Deutsch. —Mahāgaja · talk 08:36, 17 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
Ok, that implies undoing Special:Diff/61769516/62420800 as well then. – Jberkel 09:17, 17 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
Languages are not proper nouns, indeed. Fay Freak (talk) 10:16, 17 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
Anyhow, I have cleaned up the entry by making it like Deutsche. Fay Freak (talk) 10:16, 17 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
