Yes this is Esperanto, and shoudl be moved to the esperanto wiktionary once the domain has been set up. But Chuck you may help with the discussions on hwo to develop wiktionary we need help its onyu been going a day. Also you can help iwth the translations. But on the page of that translation you need to write in English.
