I agree it should be deleted, but I'm curious as to how bi-erasure and trans-erasure relate to this for example. Does the hyphen defend them from the SoP deletion rationale? — Kleio (t · c) 18:37, 7 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
There isn't universal agreement. Some users argue that all hyphenated words are single words just like unspaced compounds, and are thus not SOP. Other users disagree, especially in the case of obvious noun-noun compounds such as that redlink. Words where one element is affix-like are more likely to be more widely accepted as single words: "bi-erasure" and "trans-erasure" and "net-like" seem a bit more like single words than "kitchen-chair". - -sche (discuss) 08:19, 18 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
