ˈɛnkleɪv also used in the US

I concur. I'm not sure who entered /ˈɑnkleɪv/ as the US pronunciation, but that is not quite correct. The preferred pronunciation in US English is also /ˈɛnkleɪv/. /ˈɑnkleɪv/ is a secondary, more recent pronunciation, born of error, but now common, perhaps more common than the preferred, historically correct, pronunciation. This is the same pseudo-French pronunciation phenomenon as in envelope and envoy. Look it up on any standard American dictionary, such as Merriam-Webster or the American Dictionary!
