Failure to differentiate being entitled and feeling entitled[edit]

Gross misdefinition of the word by contemporary pop culture[edit]

The root of the word "entitled" is still "title". A title has absolutely NOTHING to do with what one feels. It has nothing to do with righteousness, or privelege. A title is ownership. A person who is "entitled" is literally a person who has legal ownership!
