Just wanted to ask don't u decline a noun in another order? N V A G D A

no, voc, acc, etc? — This comment was unsigned.

The reasoning behind the current format should be at Wiktionary:About Latin. If not, try asking at WT:BP. Thanks. Equinox 19:55, 27 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Doesn't it also mean "here" in Latin?[edit]

I don't exactly have a reference that's reliable, but I thought I'd ask. Can't you, for instance, say "hic sum" (here I am) or "hic stat" (I'm standing here)? 117.18.231.55 15:02, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. See the adverb section. — Ungoliant (falai) 15:06, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Latin hīc (Etymology 2) sound[edit]

Latin hīc (Etymology 2) appears to have the wrong audio file. Ukh (talk) 14:55, 6 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Should this be given as a determiner not an adjective ? The entry for hōc calls hōc "(from hic)" a determiner and I would suggest that determiner is the correct choice for both entries. CecilWard (talk) 00:55, 15 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
