Has anyone ever heard of the term "jacked up" and "jack up" being used in a sense of complaining and refusing to do something? In my workplace I often hear that people have or will "jack up" when asked to do something that by their viewpoint is not part of their required duties, or otherwise that they are not required or authorised to do.
