I suggest the second definition to be removed. It is not a meaning of its own, but rather an example of the first meaning, together with the (disputable) belief all of them can be bought. henne 10:52, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

An etymology is needed for this word. I presume polis is part of it.
