Biblical noun senses?[edit]

Chambers 1908 has these senses marked as Biblical: "the two tables of the law; the whole divine revelation". Equinox 05:18, 30 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Not really relatedly: Shakespeare also used it as a verb ("let him be testimonied", i.e. witnessed) but that seems to be a nonce usage and we don't cover those. Equinox 05:20, 30 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
