Uses Lua:
Shows ancient forms of a character, as well as a list of characters that share the same phonetic component. See 月 for an example, and see the the Wikimedia project on the ancient forms.
Parameters
None required.
1=- Character to apply template with, if different from pagename
no_img=- If
y, then suppresses display of historical forms no_phon=- If
y, then suppresses display of phonetic series
Other forms
As of this writing, there are very few samples of clerical script, semi-cursive script, and cursive script on Commons — 馬 is the only character with a full set, and the naming of the files isn’t standardized. See the code there to include these forms.
