Used to mark users globally banned by the Wikimedia Foundation. Equivalent to w:Template:WMF-legal banned user on the English Wikipedia, and supports the same |global= parameter.
Adds user pages to Category:Wikimedians banned by the WMF.
Note that this template does not constitute a WMF ban, as only WMF Trust and Safety have the authority to instate Foundation bans.
