This template should be used just under the ‘Noun’ header for Yanomam nouns.

Basic usage is

• {{wca-noun|a}} for unclassified holonyms (nouns that take a singulative in -a)
• {{wca-noun|-}} for classified holonyms (nouns that take a classifier and no singulative marker)
• {{wca-noun|clitic}} for clitic meronyms (nouns that are not independent but cliticize onto preceding nouns, which they refer to a part of)

Parameters

The type of noun (a for unclassified holonyms, - for classified holonyms, clitic for clitic meronyms).

|2=

Only used with classified holonyms and clitic meronyms. Set to u if the definite plural suffix is -ku, to p if both plurals are merged as -pë (i.e. if the noun is an animate classified holonym), and to k if both plurals are merged as -kɨ (which is only the case for certain clitic meronyms). Otherwise, if the definite plural suffix is -kɨ and the indefinite plural is -pë (which is usually the case), this parameter is not necessary and can be left blank.
