@Saltmarsh Language-specific templates normally begin with the code of the language in question. Template:polytonic form of already incorporates lang=el into it; Template:monotonic form of doesn't but is clearly used only for Modern Greek (and only one entry at that). I'm going to change Template:monotonic form of to incorporate lang=el automatically and rename it to Template:el-monotonic form of, as well as rename Template:polytonic form of to Template:el-polytonic form of and fix it to take the same params as Template:el-monotonic form of (currently it only takes a subset of those params).
