This template doesn’t seem to work for page titles containing supra-ASCII characters

Omit parent page title

I think it would be useful to have an option to exclude the parent page title from the subpage links. For example, when used on my userpage, it would display a link to User:ExcarnateSojourner/TODO as

• /TODO

rather than

• ExcarnateSojourner/TODO

• An alternative I've found that works in some situations is: {{Special:PrefixIndex/Foo:Bar|stripprefix=1}} (where Foo is the namespace and Bar is the title of the page on which the template is used).
