If you're interested, you can try to do the detective work yourself -- just run a page like rozā or starpzvaigžņu, which describe indeclinable adjectives, through one of the versions you created (which incorrectly labels them as having a definite form), and compare it to my version (which doesn't). If you're not that much into it, then just leave the template as it is. As they say, don't fix what ain't broke.

Usually, borrowed words (like rozā), or 'genitival adjectives' (really old genitive forms) like starpzvaigžņu. I indicate these with a hyphen as the first argument in {{lv-adj}} (the first #ifeq statement handles that). Is this what you wanted to know?
