My main native language is Spanish with a north peninsular accent. I also speak Basque as a heritage language, which I learnt in early childhood together with Spanish. However, I unfortunately stopped using it almost entirely at age 8. Because of this, my Basque is quite rusty and I am better at comprehension than at production.
I have been learning English since I was a child and consider myself to be entirely fluent. Similarly, I started learning Portuguese at 13 and currently have an official C1 level, which I obtained in 2023.
I know Greek because several of my friends, including my best friend, are Greek, and Swedish because my partner is half Swedish.
The rest of the languages listed above I learnt for fun.
My main goal is to increase the scope of Basque on Wiktionary, both by adding new entries and by expanding on the existing ones. I am particularly interested in strengthening the as of now very poor resources on the vernacular varieties of Basque (euskalkiak), primarily Biscayan.
