(Formerly User:Anachronist)[edit]

Combined from Latin anachronismus < Greek αναχρονισμός < αναχρονίζειν (referring to the wrong time) < ἀνά (up against) + χρονίζειν (spending time) < χρόνος (time), and from Old French -iste and Latin -ista.

  1. One who follows a principle of seeming to belong to a different time.
  2. One interested in things erroneously dated or belonging to a different time.
  3. A person who uses something meant to be used in a different era of civilization.
  4. A person who holds prejudiced views against modern-day things.

Which one am I? Your guess is as good as anybody's.
