Hello! I'm CasualCycloneTracker180897. The numbers come from the operational estimate in miles per hour and millibars of Hurricane Milton's 1-minute sustained wind speeds and minimum central pressure.[note 1] Sometimes I'll be here editing on Wiktionary, but most other times I'll find things I can do to contribute to Wikipedia.

I can speak most fluently in American English, but I do have some skill in British English (mostly accent). I also used to learn Japanese, Chinese, and Greek on Duolingo before they started cutting staff to implement artificial intelligence, and now I remain still at a not-so-marginal-but-still-rather-basic level of fluency in those languages until, if I decide to, I attempt to find a new application or whatever.

I can do well with the programming languages Lua, JavaScript, Python, Swift,[note 2] Java, and maybe a few more. Just do know this: I don't work well with external modules that lack documentation that I can read easily.

Notes

[edit]
  1. ^ The estimated minimum central pressure in Milton has since been re-estimated to 895 millibars, see the Tropical Cyclone Report.
  2. ^ Will there be a Babel option for this soon?
