I'm a very active Wiktionary user, but only a sometimes editor. Usually I add or restructure minor parts of entries that irk me when I stumble upon them.
I'm not able to converse error-free in the level 1 languages in my babel, but I'm able to understand a written text in them, though possibly requiring a dictionary for words that aren't part of the West Germanic common lexicon or internationalisms. (In other words: If you're in a conversation with me, please don't waste time on translating texts from these languages unless I ask.)
