NB, this includes a bit of magic because the URL page number and actual are 8 apart, so {{<includeonly>subst:</includeonly>#expr:<includeonly>{{{page}}}</includeonly>-8}} does the trick. The includeonly in particular around {{{page}}} in particular makes sure it evaluates it as a number, not as an expression starting with curly brackets.
