I've never heard of meisi as an English word. Did you intend this entry to be for another language? ~ Röbin Liönheart (talk) 17:18, 5 April 2013 (UTC)

Distinguishing terms borrowed from American vs British English[edit]

Hi! Thanks for your recent edits! I notice you've categorized a couple words based not just on their derivation from English but on their derivation from specific dialects. This is an interesting idea. For foreign-language words, like エレベーター, it might even be a good idea, but for words like accessorise I'm not so sure it's worthwhile. I've solicited others' views here: Wiktionary:Beer parlour/2013/December#Distinguishing_words_borrowed_from_American_English.2C_British_English.2C_etc. Feel free to join the discussion. - -sche (discuss) 22:24, 8 December 2013 (UTC)
