Interface administrators have rights to edit both site-wide and user-specific JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) pages, altering the look and behavior of the site for all users.

If you have a need for interface admin rights, you can request them by pinging a bureaucrat. If you already have admin rights, a community discussion or vote is not required. If not, you may request this right in the Beer parlour.
