  3. Support. I generally subscribe to the idea that one user should not be given all the privileges available in the project. However, we need a second checkuser in order to have local powers for TheDaveRoss, and if any user has earned the level of trust that would be requisite for this, it would be Chuck. I nominated him to be a bureaucrat, and he has handled very sticky problems in that role with admirable levelheadedness and attention to detail.
