Although all-caps style is useful when used sparingly, such as to emphasize that something is FLAMMABLE and thus should NOT be stored indoors, it can be a sign of lack of trust on the reader's capability to understand the writing and is counterproductive when overused, as it SEEMS LIKE SHOUTING TO THE READER, WHO MAY CALL IT "SHOUTING-CAPS" STYLE.
