In the drug sense, the carb is the small hole on the left side of the pipe.



carb (plural carbs)

  1. (informal, usually in the plural) Clipping of carbohydrate.
    I'm cutting down on carbs to try and lose weight.
  2. (informal) Clipping of carburettor / carburetor.
    Synonyms: carby, carbie
    This is what controls the flow of fuel into the carb.
  1. (drugs) The hole on a pipe which is covered and opened to control the inflow of air.
