From Japanese 道場長 (dōjōchō, literally dojo chief, dojo head).

Usage notes

The dojocho is not always the chief instructor or highest-ranked person, but has an administrative role or has ownership of the dōjō. The title is used in Japanese martial arts such as judo, karate, kendo, aikido, etc.
