    ketcha (uncountable)

    1. (Guyana, playground games) A game similar to tag and hide and seek, in which one player is chosen to chase the others and a player who is caught becomes the new chaser.

        Go outside with your children if you have space and do some simple stretching exercises early in the morning. Playing 'ketcha', or kicking or throwing a ball around helps your blood circulate.
