From Proto-Mon-Khmer *nɔʔ ~ *nɔh (this); cognate with Temiar anoh (this), Bahnar 'nâu/'nŏu (this), Mon ဏံ (nɔˀ, this). Compare with Khmer នោះ (nuh, that). Probably related also to .
