  1. rather, preferably (expression of preference)

  2. rather, on the contrary (used to introduce a contradiction)
    Minun ei pitänytkään olla suosittu. Pikemminkin minun piti hoitaa homma.

  3. rather, more precisely (introducing a qualification or clarification)
