- A designed landscape for play
- A designed landscape for play that includes settings and features beyond traditional playground equipment (e.g. logs, planted play settings, sand or mud play, paths for wheeled toy use, etc.)
- A playground where the playground equipment is cohesively integrated with topography, plantings, and circulation systems.
