From Spanish sin semilla (without seeds).

sinsemilla (countable and uncountable, plural sinsemillas)

  1. A form of cannabis where only the female is allowed to blossom. Without pollen from the male plant, the female blossoms produce no seeds, forming large panicled flowers.
