One-sided definition

The existing definition (Sense 1) is one-sided (emphasis added):

The now illegal practice of [casting directors] soliciting sexual favors from a job applicant in exchange for employment in the entertainment industry.

Proposals from the applicant are sometimes discussed, as at [1]:

The (now illegal???) practice of job applicants soliciting employment in the entertainment industry from a casting director in exchange for sexual favours.
