Etymology[edit]
Inherited from Byzantine Greek νεραντζέα (nerantzéa), from νεράντζιον (nerántzion) + -έα (-éa). By surface analysis, νεράντζ(ι) (nerántz(i)) + -ιά (-iá). [1]
