Etymology

Inherited from Byzantine Greek ὁλόφωτος (holóphōtos).[1] Morphologically, from (όλος) ολο- ((ólos) olo-, holo- whole, entire) +‎ (φως) φωτ- ((fos) fot-, light) + -ος (-os).
