  1. (יָשׂוּם, yasúm) (rare form) Third-person masculine singular future (prefix conjugation) of שָׂם (sam): an alternative form of יָשִׂים (yasím).
    • Tanach, Exodus 4:11, with Young's Literal Translation:
      מִי שָׂם פֶּה לָאָדָם אוֹ מִי יָשׂוּם אִלֵּם אוֹ חֵרֵשׁ אוֹ פִקֵּחַ אוֹ עִוֵּר
      Who appointed a mouth for man? or who appointeth the dumb, or deaf, or open, or blind?
