      بذروۀ عرض ایستادگان پایه سریر خلافت مصیر بندگان اقدس ارفع اعلی روحی فداه میرساند.
      be zorve-ye arz-e istâdegân-e pâye-ye sarir-e xelâfat-e masir-e bandegân-e aqdas-e arfa'-e a'lâ-ye ruhi fadâh mi-rasânad.
      It is submitted to the high place of petition of those who stand at the foot of the throne of His most holy, lofty and exalted Majesty, at which the Caliphate resides.
